Right Of Seller To Deliver Specified Difference In Quantity
RIGHT OF SELLER TO DELIVER SPECIFIED DIFFERENCE IN QUANTITY
As it is impossible for seller to manufacture the exact quantity ordered, a shortage or excess in the amount of goods delivered, varying not more than [Percent of variance] % percent of the quantity ordered, shall be accepted as complying with this agreement.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
